California BanCorp (the Company or we) was organized in 2017 to serve as the holding company for California Bank of Commerce (the Bank) and is headquartered in Oakland, California. California BanCorp commenced operation on June30, 2017 following a reorganization transaction in which it became the Banks holding company. This transaction was treated as an internal reorganization as all shareholders of the Bank became shareholders of the Company.
