Camber, a Nevada corporation, is based in Houston, Texas. We are currently primarily engaged in the acquisition, development and sale of crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from various known productive geological formations in Kansas, Louisiana and Texas, and hold interests in non-producing wells in Mississippi. Incorporated in Nevada in December 2003 under the name Panorama Investments Corp., the Company changed its name to Lucas Energy, Inc., effective June 9, 2006, and effective January 4, 2017, the Company changed its name to Camber Energy, Inc. With the acquisition of a majority interest in Viking Energy Group, Inc. described herein, the Companys business plan is to acquire a majority interest in assets or entities in the energy sector, including engaging in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas properties, both individually and through collaborative partnerships with other companies in this field of endeavor.
