Teucrium Commodity Trust (Trust), a Delaware statutory trust organized on September 11, 2009, is a series trust consisting of five series: Teucrium Corn Fund (CORN), Teucrium Sugar Fund (CANE), Teucrium Soybean Fund (SOYB), Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT), and Teucrium Agricultural Fund (TAGS). All of the series of the Trust are collectively referred to as the Funds and singularly as the Fund. Each Fund is a commodity pool that is a series of the Trust.
