The Company was organized as a Nevada Corporation on August 24, 1995 under the name of Evader, Inc. On May 25, 2012, the Company filed its Foreign Profit Corporation Articles of Domestication to change the domicile of the Company from Nevada to Wyoming. On November 4, 2015, the Company filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to Critical Clothing, Inc.
