(we or the Company), majority owned by the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, an Iowa non-profit corporation (IFBF), primarily sells individual life insurance and annuity products through its subsidiary, Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company (Farm Bureau Life). Farm Bureau Lifes distribution force markets under the consumer brand name Farm Bureau Financial Services. In addition, in the state of Colorado, we offer life and annuity products through Greenfields Life Insurance Company (Greenfields). As of December31, 2020, these distribution channels consisted of 1,614 exclusive agents and agency managers, who sell our products in the Midwestern and Western sections of the United States. Helping complete the financial services offering, advisors offer wealth management and financial planning services.
