We are a newly incorporated Cayman Islands exempted company formed on December 15, 2020, structured as a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting an initial business combination. We currently do not have any specific business combination under consideration. While we may pursue an initial business combination in any sector, we intend to focus our efforts on Financial Technology and technology-enabled services (   FinTech   ) businesses that offer specific technology solutions, broader technology software, or services/products to the Financial Services industry.
