We are a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership formed in 1987 and managed by Cedar Fair Management, Inc., an Ohio corporation , whose shares are held by an Ohio trust. Our parks are family-oriented, with recreational facilities for people of all ages, and provide clean and attractive environments with exciting rides and immersive entertainment. We generate revenue from sales of admission to our amusement parks and water parks, from purchases of food, merchandise and games both inside and outside our parks, and from the sale of accommodations and other extra-charge products.
