Geopark Ltd is a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production (“E&P”) company with operations in Latin America. We operate in Colombia, Chile, Brazil and Ecuador. We are focused on Latin America because we believe it is one of the richest and most underexplored hydrocarbon regions globally, with less presence of independent E&P companies compared to the United States and Canada. In this region, much of the acreage has historically been controlled or owned by state-owned companies.
