(herein ISA, the Company, we, us, our, or other similar terms) is a Louisville, Kentucky-based company that buys, processes and markets ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other recyclable commodities and buys used autos in order to sell used auto parts. We purchase, process and sell ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal to steel mini-mills, integrated steel makers, foundries, refineries and processors.
