Iradimed Corp develops, manufactures, markets and distributes Magnetic Resonance Imaging (“MRI”) compatible medical devices and related accessories, disposables and services relating to them. We were originally incorporated in Oklahoma under the name IRI Development, Inc. in 1992, and we merged our Oklahoma corporation into the newly formed Delaware corporation in April 2014.
