Company Overview

We are an integrated electric utility company engaged in the transmission and distribution of substantially all of the electricity in Korea. Through our six wholly-owned generation subsidiaries, we also generate the substantial majority of electricity produced in Korea. As of December31, 2021, we and our generation subsidiaries owned approximately 61.5% of the total electricity generation capacity in Korea (excluding plants generating electricity primarily for private or emergency use).
