Kingfish Holding Corporation was incorporated in the State of Delaware on April 11, 2006 as Offline Consulting Inc. On May 18, 2007, we entered into a reverse merger transaction pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement whereby we acquired Kesselring Corporation, a Florida corporation.
