Lannett Company,Inc. and subsidiaries (the Company, Lannett, we, or us) was incorporated in 1942 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and reincorporated in 1991 as a Delaware corporation. We primarily develop, manufacture, market and distribute generic versions of brand pharmaceutical products. Generics represent the vast majority of U.S. prescriptions today, accounting for approximately 90% of prescriptions in the 12-month period ending June 30, 2021.
