Northern Dynasty is a mineral exploration company which, through its wholly-owned Alaskan registered limited partnership, the Pebble Limited Partnership, holds a 100% interest in mining claims that host the Pebble Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Silver-Rhenium deposit, the basis of the Pebble Project in southwest Alaska, USA.  The Company’s business in Alaska is operated through the Pebble Partnership.
