Northfield Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation was organized in 2010 and is the holding company for Northfield Bank (the “Bank”). Northfield Bancorp uses the support staff and offices of the Bank and reimburses Northfield Bank for these services. If Northfield Bancorp expands or changes its business in the future, it may hire its own employees. In the future, we may pursue other business activities, including mergers and acquisitions, investment alternatives and diversification of operations.
