Oxford Square Capital Corp. (OXSQ, Company, we, us, or our) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the 1940 Act). We have elected to be treated for tax purposes as a regulated investment company (RIC) under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code) beginning with our 2003 taxable year. Our investment objective is to maximize our portfolios total return.
