Vidler Water Resources, Inc. is a holding company incorporated in 1981. Until March 8, 2021 the Companys name was PICO Holdings, Inc. In this Annual Report on Form 10-K, Vidler Water Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as Vidler, the Company, or by words such as we, us, and our. Our business is primarily operated through our wholly owned subsidiary, Vidler Water Company, Inc. (Vidler Water ). Our business is to provide sustainable potable water resources to fast-growing communities throughout the Southwest U.S. that lack, or are running short of, available water resources.
