We are a unitary savings and loan holding company incorporated in 1989 and headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. Our primary business is the operation of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Sterling Bank, through which we offer a range of loan products to the residential and commercial markets, as well as retail banking services.Sterling Bank has 28 branches, including 20 branches in the San Francisco area, six in greater Los Angeles, one branch in New York City and our headquarters branch in Michigan.
