We are a blank check company incorporated on December 10, 2018, as a Cayman Islands exempted company and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses (the business combination). We have reviewed, and continue, to review a number of opportunities to enter into a business combination, but we are unable to determine at this time whether we will complete a business combination with any of the target businesses that we have reviewed or with any other target business.
