(collectively with all of its subsidiaries, SIC, the Company, we, us and our) is an installer and nationwide distributor of interior building products with market positions in residential interior design services. Through our Residential Design Services (which we refer to as RDS) operating segment, we serve national and regional homebuilders by providing an integrated, outsourced solution for the design, consultation, sourcing, distribution and installation needs of their homebuyer customers.
