Company Overview

The Company was incorporated in Nevada in November 2011 under the name TabacaleraYsidron, Inc. On December 9, 2019, the Company changed its name to Banner Energy Services Corp. by filing a certificate of amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada. This name change became effective with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as of February 11, 2020. On January 7, 2021, shareholders of the Company representing approximately 57% of the outstanding common shares, acted by written consent in lieu of a meeting to approve an amendment to the Companys Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to Fortium Holdings Corp. (the Amendment).
