Catalyst Partners Acquisition Corp. [CPAR] announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) and will trade under the ticker symbol “CPARU” beginning May 18, 2021. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant.
