The sinking of flagship missile carrier Moskva "will likely lead Russia to review its maritime posture in the Black Sea," the British Ministry of Defense said in its intelligence report on Friday.

The Russian fleet's flagship in the Black Sea sunk due to a fire that the Ukraine claims was caused by a missile strike.

“This incident means Russia has now suffered damage to two key naval assets since invading Ukraine,” the Minister of Defense said in a tweet.
