    US President Joe Biden said at the Quad summit that the situation in Ukraine is a global issue that highlights the necessity of upholding the international order, territorial integrity, and sovereignty.


    US President attended the fourth Quad summit in Tokyo, along with the leaders of Australia, India, and Japan.


    “This is more than just a European issue. It’s a global issue,” Biden said in a Tokyo meeting.


    He emphasized that the US will stick by its partners and advocate for a free and open Indo-Pacific.


    “And also, as long as Russia continues the war, the United States will work with our partners to help be the global response, because it’s going to affect all parts of the world,” Biden said.


    “International law, human rights must always be defended regardless of where they’re violated in the world,” he said.
