Nio reports 60% jump in EV sales in June

Chinese electric-vehicle maker Nio Inc (NYSE: NIO) said on Friday that it delivered nearly 13,000 vehicles in June, up 60% from a year ago.
In June, Nio delivered 12,961 vehicles including 8,612 premium smart electric SUVs and 4,349 company’s flagship premium smart electric sedan.
Similar to other industries, the auto industry in China was deeply affected by the Covid-19 lockdowns in the county.
