OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank7 Corp. (NASDAQ: BSVN), the parent company of Oklahoma City-based Bank7 (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. This dividend represents a 33% increase to the current dividend and is the third consecutive annual increase in BSVN's quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on January 5, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 23, 2022.
Thomas L. Travis, President and CEO of the Company said, "Today's announcement of a 33% increase in our quarterly cash dividend illustrates the strength of our core earnings growth and reflects our confidence in sustaining those core earnings. Even with the large increase, we continue to enjoy a low dividend payout ratio compared to industry averages, and therefore, we expect to continue our long-established practice of building shareholder value at a rapid pace."
