ATLANTA (AP) — ATLANTA (AP) — Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $36.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Atlanta-based company said it had profit of 84 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.46 per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $58.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $25.9 million.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $402.9 million, or $12.21 per share. Revenue was reported as $143 million.
