The Allentown, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 43 cents per share.
The wholesale fuels distributor posted revenue of $1.12 billion in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $63.7 million, or $1.63 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.97 billion.
CrossAmerica shares have climbed 6.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $21.11, a climb of 5% in the last 12 months.
