(NASDAQ: UNTY), parent company of Unity Bank, reported net income of $10.3 million, or $0.96 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, compared to net income of $10.0 million, or $0.93 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. This represents a 3.0% increase in net income and a 3.2% increase in net income per diluted share.
