Chuy's: Q1 Earnings Snapshot

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Chuy's Holdings Inc. (CHUY) on Thursday reported first-quarter earnings of $8.2 million.
On a per-share basis, the Austin, Texas-based company said it had net income of 45 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 47 cents per share.

The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 37 cents per share.
The restaurant operator posted revenue of $112.5 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $110.1 million.
Chuy's expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.71 to $1.76 per share.
