SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $667 million.
The Santa Clara, California-based company said it had net income of 41 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 77 cents per share.
The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 16 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 77 cents per share.
The chipmaker posted revenue of $6.17 billion in the period, which beat Street forecasts. Fourteen analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $6.11 billion.
