U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited an arms factory on Tuesday with French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu, vowing it was "absolutely essential" to send more weapons to Ukraine. Defense officials continue to warn that Ukraine remains heavily outgunned by Russia on the battlefield.
