ALPHARETTA, Ga. (AP) — ALPHARETTA, Ga. (AP) — Alimera Sciences Inc. (ALIM) on Tuesday reported a loss of $6.3 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Alpharetta, Georgia-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents.
The eye drug developer posted revenue of $23 million in the period.
The company's shares closed at $3.48. A year ago, they were trading at $1.68.
