US NJ Juneteenth Clemency (CR)

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced a mass clemency program that will help those who may have been convicted of a crime that is no longer illegal or victims of domestic violence. The news timed to coincide with Juneteenth means thousands could have their criminal records wiped clean.
