DALLAS (AP) — DALLAS (AP) — Veritex Holdings Inc. (VBTX) on Tuesday reported third-quarter profit of $31 million.
The bank, based in Dallas, said it had earnings of 56 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 59 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 56 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $209.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $113.2 million, also beating Street forecasts.
