The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 82 cents per share.
The corporate training and consultanting company posted revenue of $84.1 million in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $80.4 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $23.4 million, or $1.74 per share. Revenue was reported as $287.2 million.
Franklin Covey expects full-year revenue in the range of $295 million to $305 million.
