Israel strikes crowded Beirut district as Israeli evacuation warnings send dozens fleeing

Israeli jets targeted a building in Beirut's bustling commercial district of Hamra on Tuesday, the first since the start of the 13-month war between Hezbollah and Israel. There were no reports of casualties. It came in the hours before Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he supports a proposed ceasefire with Lebanon's Hezbollah. (AP Video: Lujain Jo)
