How smelling a mummy can reveal its secrets
Scientists sniffed ancient Egyptian mummified bodies for a new study published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. It is believed to be the first to use chemical analysis and a panel of human sniffers to evaluate ancient corpses' odors.
