Global Net Lease: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

NEW YORK (AP) — NEW YORK (AP) — Global Net Lease Inc. (GNL) on Thursday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter.
The New York-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $78.3 million, or 34 cents per share, in the period.

The company said it had a loss of $17.5 million, or 8 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust, based in New York, posted revenue of $199.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $303.8 million. Revenue was reported as $805 million.
Global Net Lease expects full-year funds from operations in the range of 90 cents to 96 cents per share.
