  • Superset #1 (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
    • Supine Bench Press: Lie on a bench and press the barbell upward, engaging the chest, shoulders, and triceps
    • Kettlebell Shoulder Press to Halo: Press the kettlebell overhead, then rotate it around your head in a controlled motion to strengthen the shoulders and triceps
  • Superset #2 (Quads & Glutes)
    • Hack Squat: Position yourself in the hack squat machine, lower into a deep squat, and press back up, targeting the quads and glutes
    • Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift to Goblet Squat: Hinge at the hips to lower the kettlebell while keeping a slight knee bend, then lift it to chest level and drop into a deep squat before standing back up
