Switzerland, England, Scotland, France, Myanmar and the US. Grégoire is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of medmix Ltd, a publicly listed medtech company in Switzerland. He will step down as Chairman as per the Annual General Meeting of medmix Ltd in April 2023 but may stand for re-election as non-executive member of the Board of Directors. Taking into account the provisions of article 32.2 of the articles of association, the Supervisory Board proposes to appoint Mr. Grégoire Poux-Guillaume for a period ending at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2027, with effect from November 1, 2022. On November 1, 2022, Grégoire Poux-Guillaume will comply with all relevant regulations for appointment as member of the Board of Management and CEO.
