Krishna Sudheendra serves as Chief Executive Officer of UST Global . With more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth organizations, Krishna is responsible for growing global technology businesses at scale and creating stakeholder value.
CAREER :
Krishna Sudheendra began his career with Vasan & Sampath, Chartered Accountants, a member of INPACT Group and a leading firm in Bangalore in Audit, Financial Advisory and Tax practice.
Krishna went on to work with S B Billimoria & Co., currently part of Deloitte Haskins and Sells in the audit and tax consultancy practice leading several audit and tax assignments.
With Krishna’s stint in GE Global Research, he entered the technology, R&D and services industry, where he built the Financial Planning and Analysis function for R&D units of over eight GE businesses.
Krishna then took a global role with First Apex, currently part of NTT Data as their Group Financial Controller, where he helped the company achieve strong profitability and robust cash flows while funding the growth needs of the company. Krishna implemented strong financial reporting and implemented best practices in compliance and governance.
Prior to his current role at UST, he served as President and CFO of the company. Krishna served on the Board and closely worked with the CEO and the management team to drive strong financial performance while ensuring appropriate funding and investment to hyper scale the company from 10M in size to several hundred million dollars. In addition to strengthening global operations, he implemented strong financial systems and controls to optimize performance and productivity. In 2011, Krishna was nominated by California’s Orange County Business Journal as “CFO of the year – 2011” for his contribution to the company. In addition, he led several transformative deals, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. In 2018, Krishna was instrumental in securing $250M funding from Singapore’s Sovereign Wealth Fund Temasek to fuel UST’s expansion strategy.
