Lisa Palmer

Lisa Palmer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Regency Centers, Inc.(REG) She also serves as a director since 2018. Lisa has been our President and CEO since January 1, 2020.

Lisa has been our President and CEO since January 1, 2020. Prior to her current role, she served as President and CFO from 2016 – 2019, Executive Vice President and CFO from 2013 to 2015, and Senior Vice President of capital markets from 2003 until 2013. Lisa has also held various other leadership positions with Regency since 1996. Before joining Regency, she was a consultant with Accenture and a financial analyst for General Electric.

She is a member of the boards of directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Brooks Rehabilitation. She also serves as chair of the board of directors of the United Way of Northeast Florida and as chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit). Ms. Palmer is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.

Lisa earned a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
