George L Holm

George L. Holm has been the Chairman and CEO of Performance Food Group’s (PFGC) Board of Directors since January 2019. Holm became President and CEO of Performance Food Group when it was acquired by Vistar Corporation in May 2008. 

Holm grew Vistar, a multi-channel food, snack, and beverage distributor, into a $3.5-billion company that was purchased by the Blackstone Group, a premier global investment and advisory firm, in 2007. With a 40-year career in the food service distribution industry, George has held leadership positions with Alliant Foodservice, US Foods, and Sysco Corporation.
