William Monteleone

William Monteleone has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer of Par Pacific Holdings. since April 2024. Prior to that, he served as President from January 2023 to April 2024, and as Chief Financial Officer from March 2017 to December 2022. Mr. Monteleone became Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in February 2015, and before that served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer beginning in June 2013. Since 2012, Mr. Monteleone has served on the Board of Directors for Par Pacific as well as on the Board of Managers for Laramie Energy, LLC, Par Pacific’s Colorado-based upstream asset. Prior to joining Par Pacific, Mr. Monteleone was a Vice President at Equity Group Investments (EGI), the Chicago-based private investment firm founded and led by Sam Zell, where he was involved in a range of restructurings and investments primarily within the energy industry. Prior to EGI, Mr. Monteleone began his professional career at Banc of America Securities LLC. Mr. Monteleone previously served on the Board of Directors of Wapiti Oil and Gas I, LLC, Wapiti Oil and Gas II, LLC, and Kuwait Energy Company.
