Thomas J. Nimbley

Thomas J. Nimbley is a businessman who serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PBF Energy Inc from June 2010. 

Prior to that, Nimbley served as a Principal for Nimbley Consultants LLC from June 2005 to March 2010, where he provided consulting services and assisted on the acquisition of two refineries. 

Nimbley previously served as Senior Vice President and head of Refining for Phillips Petroleum Company and subsequently Senior Vice President and head of Refining for ConocoPhillips domestic refining system (13 locations) following the merger of Phillips and Conoco. 

Before joining Phillips at the time of its acquisition of Tosco in September 2001, Nimbley served in various positions with Tosco Corporation and its subsidiaries starting in April 1993.

In the past, Nimbley has served as Chief Executive Officer of Paulsboro Natural Gas Pipeline Co. LLC since June 2010. 

Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Refining at Phillips Corporation and Phillips Petroleum Company. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Refining at ConocoPhillips domestic refining system (13 locations) following the merger of Phillips and Conoco from September 2001 to March 2005. 

Nimbley joined the Tosco Corporation as its Vice President and Refinery Manager since April 1993. He has been an Executive Chairman of PBF Energy Inc. and PBF Logistics LP since June 30, 2016. 

He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Paulsboro Refining Company LLC. Nimbley served as the Chairman of PBF Finance Corporation since July 2016 and its Director since October 2012. He served as Chairman of PBF Holding Company LLC. He has been a Director of PBF Energy Inc. since October 29, 2014. 

He serves as a Director of Paulsboro Refining Company LLC. He has been a Director of PBF Holding Company LLC since October 2012. He serves as a Director of PBF Finance Corporation.
