Dubugras Henrique Vasoncelos

Henrique Dubugras is CEO of Brex.  

Henrique Dubugras is co-founder and co-CEO of Brex, the first fully unified global spend platform offering global corporate cards, travel, and spend management. Brex proudly serves tens of thousands of businesses, from enterprises to startups. Dubugras founded Brex in 2017 with Pedro Franceschi. Since the launch, Brex has grown to support businesses around the world by developing advanced AI-powered solutions for CFOs and finance leaders.

At Brex, Dubugras works closely with investors and oversees sales, marketing, and customer success functions. A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dubugras began coding at the age of 12 and created AskMeOut, a Brazilian matchmaking program, when he was 16. In 2013, he built payments company Pagar.me with Franceschi. In just three years, Pagar.me grew to $1.5 billion in volume of transactions processed.

Dubugras sold Pagar.me and enrolled at Stanford in 2016. A year later, he joined Y Combinator Winter 2017’s batch to found Brex with Franceschi after noticing that early-stage startups could not get access to corporate credit cards.
