Mark Pearson

Mark Pearson is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Equitable Holdings, Inc. (EQH)

Prior to his current role, Mr. Pearson served from 2008 to 2011 as the President and CEO of AXA Japan. He joined AXA in 1995

with the acquisition of National Mutual Holdings and was appointed Regional Chief Executive of AXA Asia Life in 2001. Before joining

AXA, Mr. Pearson spent 20 years in the insurance sector, assuming senior management positions at Hill Samuel, Schroders, National

Mutual Holdings and Friends Provident.
