Michael D. Casey

Michael D. Casey is a Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Carter’s, Inc.(CRI)

Michael D. Casey joined the Company in 1993 as Vice President of Finance. Casey was named Senior Vice President of Finance in 1997, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2003, and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Mr. Casey became a director in 2008 and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Casey worked for Price Waterhouse LLP, a predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, from 1982 to 1993.
