Overview
Roger L. Rawlins is a CEO and President of Designer Brands, Inc.(DBI)
since January, 2016, and was named Interim President, DSW in February, 2020. Prior to this, Roger held various roles in DSW including EVP Chief Innovation Officer, EVP Omni Channel, SVP General Manager of DSW.com. Mr. Rawlins joined DSW in 2006 as VP Finance and Controller of the Company. Prior to joining DSW, Mr. Rawlins served as Chief Financial Officer of HER Real Living from April 2001 to April 2006. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Rawlins held several leadership roles within L. Brands Inc., including the role of Controller of Express, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Prior to serving in that capacity, Mr. Rawlins was in the practice of public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Company.
